Education

The Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs Education Resource provides a wide range of resources designed to foster learning about the remarkable natural and cultural heritage of the Hastings area.

The resources can be adapted to suit any age group, or tailored to fit into your own school program. Teachers Fact Sheets provide background information.

Some of the units include recommended pre-visit work topics and follow up areas for further study. To make the most of the visit, however, we strongly recommend that all students undertake some introductory study before their visit.

TheĀ Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs Education ResourceĀ also provides all the details teachers require to develop a study unit and to plan a class visit.
