A new future for Strahan’s Bond Store

Expressions of Interest are sought for possible uses for the historic Bond Store at Strahan.

The Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and the Environment is inviting interest for the lease and operation of the historic property, which is located in a prime waterfront location next to the Customs House on Strahan’s waterfront.

Following the completion of renovation works, this is a unique opportunity to utilise this historic building on Strahan’s waterfront. It is a building that has played many important roles in the Strahan community since the 1900s.

This Expression of Interest provides the opportunity to utilise the Bond Store for a variety of uses, provided they are consistent with enhancing the cultural heritage significance of the site. Further information is available in the below PDF.
