New picnic facilities for Penny's Lagoon

Restricted access to Maria Island


Intending visitors to Maria Island are advised that public access to Maria Island National Park will be restricted temporarily for a period of two weeks for a wildlife management program.

Access to the island will be restricted from Monday, 30 June 2008 to Friday, 11 July, 2008.

The ferry service will resume on Sunday, 20 July.
