Organisational Structure

The Parks and Wildlife Service (PWS) operates as a unit within the Department of Primary Industries, Parks,

Water and Environment.

Business units of the PWS and their interrelationships are shown on this structural chart.

For administrative purposes, the PWS is structured into three branches and their constituent sections:

  • Commercial and Business Services
  • Visitor Services
  • Operations

On-ground management is apportioned among three regions:

    • Northwest Region                                                                            
    • Northern Region
    • Southern Region
