Volunteer caretaker positions in southern Tasmania

Tasmania Parks and Wildlife Service is seeking ‘Expressions of Interest’ from people interested in being considered for a volunteer caretaker position in southern Tasmania.

Positions are available at Melaleuca, Cockle Creek, Mount Field, Bruny Island Quarantine Station or Cape Bruny over the coming summer period.

Positions consist of one-month placements during the period of November 2018 through to the end of April 2019, at each of the above sites. A minimum of two people is required for each placement.

The successful applicants will need to complete a Police Check. A current First Aid Certificate is highly desirable, although not essential.

Anyone interested should submit an application addressing the selection criteria.
