Hastings Experience - Guided Cave Tour Information

Please purchase your tickets for cave tours at the Visitor Centre on arrival at Hastings. Cave tour tickets include complimentary pool entry, access to electric BBQs, walks and facilities. The cave tour takes approximately 45 minutes, this excludes self drive travel time to and from the cave which can take 20 minutes each way.

Admission Charges

Adult (18+) $24.00
Child (4-17, under 4 no charge) $12.00
Concession (Seniors, Pensioners or Health Care Cards) $19.20
Family (2 adults and a maximum 3 children) $60.00

Tour Times and Opening Times 

Purchase your tickets from the Visitor Centre on arrival at Hastings. 

1 February 2013 to 24 December 2013
Visitor Centre and Thermal Pool open all year: 10.30a.m. to 3.30 p.m. 
Cave tours leave from the cave entrance at: *11.30, 12.30, 2.15 and 3.15*

* Important information: Please arrive at the Visitor Centre at least 30 minutes before the advertised tour time. After ticket purchase there is a further drive of 5kms and a 5 minute walk to the cave entrance where your guide will meet you. The travel to the cave is undertaken in your own vehicle and you need to allow 20 minutes travel each way.

Ticket Sales in Hastings Visitor Centre close strictly 15 minutes prior to advertised tour time

Thermal Springs Entry Only

Includes the use of the thermal spring pool and its facilities all day. These facilities include the pool, change rooms and hot showers, free electric barbeques, barbeque tables, picnic shelters, 10 minute platypus walk and 30 minute hot springs forest walk.
