Tinderbox Marine Nature Reserve extends 1.4km north-east of Tinderbox Bay to Piersons Point, and approximately 700m south-west of Tinderbox Bay. This small reserve covers an area of about 45 hectares. It includes all water up to 200m from the shoreline as well as a sheltered beach and foreshore.
