School Programs

Throughout the school year, School Discovery Rangers are available to assist teachers with a wide range of environmental activities, including conducting specialised activities for school camps in our national parks and reserves. 

Teachers who would like a Discovery Ranger visit can register their interest during the months of January/February (for visits March to May) or June/July (for visits August to October).

Registrations can booked online. The next bookings will be taken in June and July for the August to October term.

  4. Fire – A Delicate Balance - Living near the Tasmanian bush 

The PWS Interpretation and Education Section can be involved with educational planning advice at any time. Teachers wishing to have PWS involvement should email parkseducation@parks.tas.gov.au
