Dove Lake Road Closures (Cradle Mountain)


The Parks and Wildlife Service wish to advise there will be temporary road closures on the Dove Lake Road from Monday 27th February to Thursday 2nd March to enable maintenance works to be carried out.

During this time, the road will be closed at the Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre from 5.00 pm until midnight.

The majority of work will be done in the evening to provide the minimum disruption for visitor access to the park.

If planning an activity in the park, it is important to complete the visit and leave either by shuttle bus or private vehicle by 4.45 pm at the latest.

Walking access via the Cradle Valley Boardwalk will not be affected.

The Parks and Wildlife Service apologise for any inconvenience.
