King Island Municipality - Consultation Report

Public consultation for King Island closed on Friday 21 January 2005.

A number of submissions on the suggested allocations were received.

A consultation report with recommended allocations has been prepared after consideration of the submissions received and the report is available below as a PDF document.

A copy of the report has been mailed directly to anyone who provided comment on the suggested allocations during the consultation period.

The recommendations have now been approved and implementation of them has commenced.

King Island 20 Parcels Report

Prior to the formal commencement of the CLAC Project, consultation on 20 parcels of land recommended for reservation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 was conducted between July and September 2004. Subsequently, the consultation period on these 20 parcels was extended and concluded on 21 January 2005.

A report with recommendations for these properties has been prepared and is available separately below as a PDF document.
